This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Bandel.store.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unworn
In the same condition as received
Free from scratches, damage, stains, perfume, lotion, or signs of wear
Returned with its original packaging, tags, cards, pouches, and accessories if included
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a partial refund.

2. Free Returns

Bandel offers free returns within 30 days for eligible orders. To begin a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

Please include your order number, full name, email address used at checkout, and the reason for your return request. Our support team will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service. Bandel cannot control processing times once the refund has been issued.

Refunds may include the product price and applicable taxes. Original shipping fees, if any, may not be refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@Bandel.store.

A clear photo or video of the issue
A photo of the packaging if damaged during delivery
A brief explanation of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable solution.

5. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges depending on product availability. If you would like a different color, size, or style, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:

Items that have been worn or used
Items with visible damage caused by the customer
Items missing original packaging or accessories
Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale
Gift cards or store credit
Personalized or custom-made items, unless defective

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already entered fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel it.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing time may vary.

9. Return Shipping Instructions

Do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Returned items should be packed securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.

Bandel is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if the return instructions are not followed.
